The Lavender Room Whisky Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Old Forester Rye Whisky
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. Old Forester Grandiflora Syrup
- 3 dashes BarKeep Lavendar Bitters
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
A twist on a classic whiskey sour, this cocktail nods to the floral and citrus qualities of Old Forester Rye as well as Old Forester Grandiflora Syrup. Named in reference to the literary classic, The Catcher in the Rye.
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Dry shake. Add ice, shake again. Strain into glass. Garnish with lavender flowers.
