Inspired by nights in New Orleans, this coffee cocktail is sultry, smokey, and balanced with chicory, anise, cardamom, and of course Old Forester Rye as a versatile base.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake with ice. Pour entire tin contents into a glass. Garnish with a sage leaf, marigolds, and dehydrated lemon peel.
